Daniel Masters is a registered patent agent with extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution. Mr. Masters also provides patentability and freedom-to-operate searches to assist clients with their portfolio management. His specialties include the chemical and mechanical disciplines having prepared and prosecuted patents in a variety of technologies, including oilfield equipment, chemical processes, petroleum refining processes, specialty chemicals, green chemistry, and all aspects of well drilling and completion.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Masters worked as a Field Engineer in the Permian Basin for a large oilfield service company where he set up and ran hydraulic fracturing jobs and also performed laboratory testing on fracturing fluid systems.
