F. Clay Faries is a Special Counsel with C. Tumey Law Group. Mr. Faries’ areas of expertise include the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications, including appellate work before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Faries’ experience spans technologies in the chemical and mechanical disciplines, including technologies related to petrochemical, oil-and-gas, polyolefin, and specialty chemical.
