Hugh Kress has over 35 years of experience in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution, patent validity and infringement assessment, and licensing. With an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering and computer science, Mr. Kress has successfully prosecuted domestic and foreign patent applications in a wide range of technologies, including semiconductor architecture, semiconductor processing and fabrication, computer software, medical devices, downhole oilfield drilling and sensing tools, seismic data acquisition and processing, nanotechnology, and various consumer products.
